Where are you based and how can I see your work in person?
I’m based in mid-town Toronto. My studio hours are by appointment only. I'm more than happy to have you over. If you’d like to schedule something, email info@rubinered.ca to set up a time.
How long does it take for me to receive my artwork?
Each piece is carefully packaged and requires time for drying, varnishing, and in some cases framing. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for domestic orders and 4-6 weeks for international orders to arrive.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
Do you do commissions?
No.
Do you teach classes
No.

Returns
All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

Are you taking on new clients?
Yes, please contact me any time. If you do work for the greater good, I'd love to work with you.
What are your rates?
My hourly rate is $85/hr. I have not raised it in 20 years. I never go over a quote and try my best to make the job cost you less. Why do I do this? I care about the success of your project goals. My entire business is devoted to working with people and organizations who do good things for society. I like to be a part of that and so I will always work with you to make sure your objectives are financially feasible and you can get your project done well.
